Ticket Order Forms

Students will be given two complimentary tickets at chorus rehearsal.  Additional tickets can be pre-ordered by returning the form to the school secretary.  Tickets can also be purchased at the box office the evening of the performance.  Tickets are $5 each.

2016-2017 Field Trip Permission Slip (Grace Miller, La Verne Heights, Oak Mesa, Shull)

This permission slip is for use for:
  • December 19, 2016 | Bonita Center for the Arts winter concert rehearsal during school
  • March 27, 2017 | Bonita Center for the Arts elementary choral festival during school
  • May 16, 2017 | Bonita Center for the Arts spring concert rehearsal during school
